Listed are eight questions you can ask yourself, to begain a healing process. Healing the mind, freeing the heart and activating change.
I had two major things I needed to heal from and shatter with defeat;
Anger / I felt helpless and hopeless.
Fear / I was tormented by the known weaknesses
Then there is the moment to face truth!
TRUTH - Start with yourself by.........
a. Facing the mirror, as it can be a diffcult challenge. yet it is better than living in the way others think/believe you should live.
b. Embracing every negative ACTION-BEHAVIOR-THOUGHT, by taking the walk of self-accountability.
c. Evolving, every day is a chance to correct the negatives of the cycles.
Unlearn the Father marks of mental slavery, by asking the hard questions.
from #selfhealer/@the.holistic.psychologist
What messages about yourself did your father give you as a child?
In the absense of your father, what narratives were told and how did it make you feel?
What qualites do i look for in relationships/what qualities do i want to avoid?
How did he (father) respond to your emotions? how did he respond to his own emotions?
What beliefs about the world did he have?
What messages did he share with me about sex, love, relationships (directly & indirectly through modeling).
How did he cope with stress and what overwhelmed him?
What did he feel shamed around? how did the shame impact you?
This isnt a easy process, but a neccessary one. be sure to give yourself love and grace. You must suspend self judgment as you explore and activate the jouney of healing the mind, freeing your heart and be very proud to activate change of breaking the generational cycle.
