Families often carry the pains of the past and resist healing from trauma. As a result, children grow into adults who must address these unresolved issues.

We connect through chaos and crisis, unconsciously trying to control and enable each other. We frequently criticize each other's appearance, habits, or interests, overstep boundaries, and deny painful realities or events, leading to adults who lack resilience and self-autonomy. By becoming aware of these patterns through self-observation, examining our thoughts, words, the company we keep, and our reactions, we can make adjustments when we recognize repeated patterns. A repeated pattern is the mark of the cycle. It must be broken!

As adults, we seek to fit into places where we're unwelcome. It's human nature to belong and connect, but not at the expense of your life—Power & Control is a real thing. It is better to be alone than around those whose intentions aren't to see you grow, Live free, and Evolve all display our purpose in life. I want to share what I like to call Tim's commandments. I asked my son a question, and I got these answers, that helped me grow, and I hope they will help you as well.

  1. Self awarness.

  2. Dont look for attention, be at peace no mater where you are in life.

  3. Be aware of everything.

  4. Be honest with yourself.

  5. Remove blame of others.

  6. Ask yourself? How can I be better from my past & present mistakes?

  7. Dont punish yourself for your mistakes.

  8. Expand your taste for new things.

  9. It's okay not to be the smartest person in the room.

  10. Recognize you are a student of life. (L.I.F.E = Live in full evolvment).

Remember, it's natural to want to be around others, but not at the expense of your growth. Evolve—that's life!
