Break the curse, do different, acknowledge your role as mother. what changed from her to you to your seed? Our future depends on it~CONFRONT/CHALLENGE/BREAK the cycles.

As I shared the marks of mental slavery concerning our mother, I also want to share helpful things that can get the activation of healing underway.
Recognizing that our mothers are humans first. Who also faced the challenge of change. Her feelings about herself, her identity, and the world are projected onto us, and we internalize her voice, beliefs, and shame.
Our trauma carries this pain into adulthood, affecting all areas of our lives. In many ways, we remain children, seeking her approval from everyone we encounter.
By observing our thoughts, patterns, and behaviors, we can clearly see this wound. It appears when we play small, self-sacrifice, believe our role is to be a rescuer or fixer, shaming ourselves or others, denying or continue to seek from our realities and those of others, or we continue to ask her for something she cannot offer, as she is unable to provide it even to herself (It's a emotional strong hold).
Begin the healing process...
Develop a spiritual relationship to heal our emotional strongholds. When we have the courage to do the inner work to reflect and reconnect with our own voice, values, beliefs, true desires, and needs, we release our childlike issues about who she is. With this clarity, we reclaim ourselves and can begin the work of breaking the chains and thriving. Together we will heal our minds!
